Used PacBio HiFi long-read sequencing to show that RHAMM loss drives clonal dominance in breast cancer lung metastases. A multi-stage bioinformatics pipeline revealed 15x more cohort-shared variants in RHAMM-deficient mice, suggesting a potential therapeutic vulnerability.
